DANCE FOR SENIORS
This class is designed to engage and challenge our adult learners. Join your peers as we explore dances from different decades, movie soundtracks, and musicals! This class is for all abilities - no dance experience required!
LET’S PUT ON A SHOW!
This workshop includes four sessions, culminating in a final “Show” featuring skits, songs, and dances—a wonderful opportunity to celebrate and share with residents and families. No experience necessary!
DANCE FOR ADULTS WITH DISABILITIES AND PARKINSON’S DISEASE
These classes are designed for all bodies and abilities, including individuals with Autism, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, and Parkinson’s disease. Led by professionally trained dance educators, participants experience the grace, fluidity, and power of dance in a joyful, social, and supportive environment.
