With a career that began at Syracuse University, Deb has dedicated her life to arts education, specializing in musical theater dance and movement. Holding a B.S. in Dance Education from SUNY Brockport and a Master’s level diploma in Arts Management, she’s certified in K-12 Dance, Physical Education, and more.

Deb has made a profound impact on Sarasota’s arts community, launching summer camps, directing outreach programs, and building award-winning arts-integration curricula for pre-k through 5 and professional development workshops for teachers and teaching artists. Currently, as the Artistic Director of MotionlabSRQ, she’s continues to making learning fun by fusing core curriculum standards with dance and drama.
